Title of goods will be transferred to customer at time of shipment.

Dynamic Golf assumes NO liability for personal or property damage claims due to harm caused by a golf club assembled by others with components purchased from Dynamic Golf, or from misuse of any product purchased from Dynamic Golf. The customer assumes all liability for any such claims, and agrees to indemnify and hold Dynamic Golf harmless.

Please take care to tell us your SHIPPING, not mailing address. This is important for delivery.

Returns are not allowed or accepted for custom clubs and special ordered items. Your credit card will be charged in advance of shipment. There are no refunds.

Please remember that shipping charges are NOT REFUNDABLE. To help us credit your account properly please call for the appropriate return authorization.

There may be times when some items will be out of stock. When this happens, we will ship all in-stock items immediately and backorder the out of stock item(s). Backordered items will be shipped as received. Please note that the customer is responsible for freight charges on backordered items.

Shipment charges are based on Continental US Shipments only. An international or non-continental US order will be evaluated for a rate quote, which will be emailed to the customer. This quote shall contain the final shipment/insurance charges.

Please note that any and all taxes, duty fees or charges other than product cost and shipping will be COD, and will not be included in this rate quote. Also, it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange for customs clearances.

All products are sold FOB Newark, CA. Dynamic Golf will not take responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by product/s in transit. If an item is damaged in shipment, save the box and notify the shipper immediately. Afterwards, please contact us at Dynamic Golf. All shipping damage claims must be made within 10 days after receipt of the ordered item.

Due to the unpredictable nature and time frame of USGA compliance testing and rulings, customer unconditionally assumes all responsibility for determining USGA and LDA conformity prior to purchase of any golf clubs or components from Dynamic Golf. Dynamic Golf will not accept any returns of equipment based upon nonconformity.

IMPORTANT: Please do not return any merchandise before contacting Dynamic Golf. Any items that Dynamic Golf accepts for return will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee ($20 minimum). Write us a brief email or call us at 510-794-4653 to explain the details of your requested return, and send a copy of the original receipts and invoices used in the transaction. These materials are necessary for us to proceed with your request once it has been authorized. All returned products must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (issued by Dynamic Golf) and sent to our Hayward location. No other shipments will be accepted.

Please note, also, that all orders submitted will be subject to final check by Dynamic Golf for accuracy in price, correctness in price, tax, shipping and other computations, product availability, etc.
